Andrew D. Harding

In his role Drew is responsible for all engagements specifically total client satisfaction.  He is able to bring your team to the next level and has helped to turnaround company divisions and hospital financials. He has expertise in quality improvement and regulatory requirements working with national and state agencies.

Drew was recognized as the Business Leader of the Year in 2020 by the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce.  In 2019, he was acknowledged by the Saint Anselm College Alumni Association as their Business Leadership Award winner.  Drew was named a “Rising Star under 40 Executive” by Becker’s Healthcare in 2018. He is a graduate of Saint Anselm College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bridgewater State University with a Master of Science in Management and Accounting and MGH Institute of Health Professions with a Doctor of Nursing Practice concentrating in Executive Leadership.

Drew has over 40 peer reviewed publications on topics such as healthcare quality improvement and patient safety.  He is a Fellow of the Academy of Emergency Nursing, Fellow of the American Heart Association and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.  He is involved in the local community by serving on the Board of Trustees at the Bridgewater Public Library and as a coach for Bridgewater youth sports.
